Transparency is foundational to the way Zenvixnet operates. This Advertising Disclosure explains, in plain language, how we generate revenue, how we work with advertising networks such as Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), what data is collected when you interact with our advertising, and the editorial standards we hold ourselves to. It is intended to satisfy the disclosure requirements of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) "Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising" (16 CFR Part 255), as well as the advertising and consumer-protection policies of the platforms we work with.
1. Who we are
Zenvixnet is an authorized retailer of residential internet, streaming television, and bundled communications services. We do not own the underlying network infrastructure; instead, we partner with leading national and regional carriers to help consumers compare options, choose a plan that fits their address and budget, and complete the order with the help of a live specialist. Our office address of record is 201 Burton DR, Cadiz, OH 43907.
2. How we earn money
We are compensated by the carriers and service providers whose plans we sell. When a customer signs up for service through Zenvixnet, the carrier pays us a commission, finder's fee, or revenue share. This is a standard arrangement in the telecommunications-retail industry and is what allows us to:
- Operate this website without charging consumers a subscription or service fee.
- Staff U.S.-based specialists who answer your questions by phone seven days a week.
- Provide free guidance on plan selection, installation scheduling, equipment, and account setup.
We may also earn revenue from display advertising, sponsored placements, and affiliate relationships disclosed inline where applicable. The compensation we receive does not increase the price you pay the carrier — pricing is set by the carrier and is the same whether you order through Zenvixnet or directly.
3. How we choose what to feature
Plans, providers, and bundles featured on this site and in our advertising are selected primarily based on:
- Availability at the consumer's service address.
- Overall value, including price, speed, contract terms, and equipment.
- Reliability, customer satisfaction, and historical service quality.
- Suitability for common household needs (streaming, gaming, work-from-home, etc.).
Compensation is not the determining factor in which provider we recommend on a call. Our specialists are trained and instructed to recommend the option that genuinely fits the customer's address, budget, and use case, even when that option carries a lower commission for Zenvixnet.
4. Use of Google Ads
Zenvixnet advertises on the Google advertising ecosystem, including Google Search, Google Display Network, YouTube, Google Discover, and Google partner properties. We use these platforms to help consumers who are actively looking for internet, TV, and bundle options find a qualified retailer.
Our use of Google Ads is designed to comply with Google Ads Policies, including but not limited to:
- Misrepresentation: we do not make false, deceptive, or unrealistic performance claims about speeds, pricing, channel lineups, or availability. All offers are confirmed at the address level before an order is placed.
- Authorized seller / brand usage: we represent only carriers we are authorized to resell, and we use carrier brand names only as permitted by our retailer agreements and applicable trademark law.
- Destination requirements: the landing pages linked from our ads accurately reflect the advertised offer, are accessible, secure (HTTPS), and free of malware, deceptive interstitials, and unexpected redirects.
- Personalized advertising restrictions: we do not use Google Ads to target users based on sensitive categories prohibited by Google, such as race, religion, sexual orientation, or precise health or financial status.
- Disclosure of material terms: contract length, autopay requirements, equipment fees, taxes, and promotional-period limitations are disclosed before order confirmation.
We use the Google tag (gtag.js / Google Tag Manager), Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, understand how visitors use the site, and improve the customer experience. Where required by law, we obtain consent before deploying non-essential measurement tags via a consent management mechanism, in line with Google's EU User Consent Policy and applicable U.S. state privacy laws (including the CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, and UCPA).
5. Use of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Zenvixnet also advertises on Meta platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and the Meta Audience Network. Our advertising on Meta is designed to comply with the Meta Advertising Standards and the Meta Community Standards, including:
- Prohibited and restricted content: we do not run ads containing deceptive, sensational, or "before-and-after" style claims, nor do we promote products or services prohibited by Meta.
- Personal attributes: our ad copy and creative do not assert or imply knowledge of a user's race, ethnicity, religion, beliefs, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, medical condition, financial status, membership in a trade union, criminal record, or name.
- Special Ad Categories: when running ads that touch credit, employment, housing, social issues, elections, or politics, we self-identify them in Ads Manager and accept the targeting limitations Meta applies.
- Landing-page experience: destination pages match the ad creative, load quickly, function on mobile devices, and do not contain pop-ups or low-quality content that violates Meta's landing-page policies.
- Branded content & disclosures: when we use influencers, creators, or paid partnerships, we use Meta's Branded Content tools and disclose the commercial relationship clearly.
We use the Meta Pixel, the Meta Conversions API (CAPI), and Meta SDKs to measure ad performance, build lookalike and custom audiences, and optimize delivery. Personally identifiable information sent to Meta for matching is hashed using SHA-256 prior to transmission, in accordance with Meta's Business Tools Terms and the Limited Data Use framework where applicable. We honor Meta's data-sharing controls, including the "Off-Facebook Activity" / Activity Off Meta Technologies tools that let users disconnect their activity from their Meta account.
6. Cookies, pixels, and tracking technologies
Our site uses first-party and third-party cookies, web beacons, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Strictly necessary: session management, security, fraud prevention, and load balancing.
- Analytics: understanding aggregate traffic patterns and improving the site (e.g., Google Analytics 4).
- Advertising & measurement: Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Floodlight, Meta Pixel, Meta CAPI, and similar tools from advertising partners.
- Personalization: remembering your ZIP code, plan filters, and contact preferences.
You can manage cookies through your browser, opt out of personalized advertising via industry tools such as the DAA WebChoices page, the NAI opt-out, or directly through Google's Ad Settings and Meta's Ad Preferences. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah residents may also use our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" / Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor.
7. Native ads, sponsored content, and affiliate links
Where any piece of content on this site is sponsored, paid for, or contains affiliate links, we identify it clearly with a label such as "Sponsored," "Ad," "Paid Partnership," or "Affiliate." This is true on our owned media as well as on third-party platforms, in accordance with the FTC's Endorsement Guides.
8. Editorial integrity
Reviews, comparisons, ratings, and recommendations on Zenvixnet reflect our independent assessment based on publicly available information, carrier specifications, customer feedback, and our team's hands-on experience. Advertisers do not receive editorial review or approval rights, and they cannot pay to alter a rating or recommendation. If we say a plan is a better fit, it is because we genuinely believe it is.
9. Children
We do not knowingly direct advertising to children under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where that is the threshold), and we do not collect personal information from children for advertising purposes. Our products are sold to adults 18 years of age or older.
10. Changes to this disclosure
Advertising practices and platform policies evolve. We may update this Advertising Disclosure from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on the site.
